Some neighbourhoods have something you can’t quite put your finger on. You just feel it. El Terreno is one of them. Facing the Mediterranean, it was a summer hideout for bourgeois families and European bohemians back in the “Spain is different” days.
Today El Terreno is, above all, a neighbourhood. And this hotel is our way of honouring it.
It isn’t easy to feel at home. It all starts with a room that feels like it’s yours. And our rooms speak for themselves. There are 41 of them in two buildings — one historic and one modern — each with its own character that comes through in every room.

Stopping for a drink. It’s how we take a break and meet up with friends here. And if you’re going to stop, head up to the rooftop, where you can enjoy the sun or something from the menu, with views of the sea and Bellver Castle.
Like the neighbourhood, Terreno can be experienced in many ways. You can watch a film in our cinema, let your hair down at Dos Rombos or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
A neighbourhood only makes sense if you help build it. This project is based on our commitment to our guests, neighbours and planet. Every decision entails a circular, sustainable way of doing things, closely tied to El Terreno.
